How can you aesthetically please your eye on a daily basics? Where do you start admiring the beauty and life of your city, if not from your own neighbourhood? Living in Barcelona, I am lucky to call my neighbourhood, Eixample. Eixample is quite central and in some parts rather busy, not only with shops and some of the main touristic attractions of Barcelona but also with people sitting at cafes and restaurants.
As we will soon celebrate one year in Barcelona, a great way to share a small part of the experience is to start showing you a few of the most interesting buildings I have come across while taking photographs, around my neighbourhood. Eixample is not the only neighbourhood with unique building facades, in fact the whole city boasts attention to detail, creativity in design and a stunning amount of work put into the architecture of many building facades and balconies.
Because I spend this year, trying to improve my photography skills and opened my new print shop collection, I will try to share with you a bit more of this city’s charm seen through my eyes. Another way to see more of Barcelona, if you haven’t visited already, is to connect with me on Instagram, @beyouverywell . Hope to see you there! Adios, for now !
